The AiP320X series comparator circuits achieve an optimal combination of high speed and low power consumption, delivering a propagation delay of 50 ns with a static current of only 48 µA per channel. Among them, the AiP3201, AiP3202, and AiP3204 are single, dual, and quad-channel comparators with push-pull outputs respectively, while the AiP3205, AiP3206, and AiP3208 are single, dual, and quad-channel comparators with open-drain outputs respectively. These devices feature fast response, low power consumption, rail-to-rail input, low offset voltage, and high output drive current. They are suitable for applications such as equipment detection, test and measurement systems, and high-speed sampling systems. Additionally, I-CORE offers the AiP3201B model in an ultra-compact SOT553 package, specifically designed for cost-sensitive and space-constrained applications.
